



Shinichi Maruyama smashes black India ink into water and photographs the collision of these substances, to the millisecond. He is capable of capturing this occurrence at a 7,500th of a second.
Maruyama's art form represents the form of shodo (japanese calligraphy). His execution differs by it being the air as opposed to using paper.
